What products does Mosrugs offer?
Mosrugs offers wooden animal figures and display bases, including woodland animals, farm figures, wild animal families, sea creatures, polar animals, dinosaurs, and landscape-style bases for creating small decorative scenes.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on our website or at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 7–12 business days after processing. Expedited shipping usually takes 5–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, or peak seasons.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs $9.99, and expedited shipping costs $19.99. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69 within the United States.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging and included parts where applicable. Please contact us before sending any item back.
Do you offer exchanges?
